I am now a high school graduate. If you want to hear me brag about myself a little bit here you go and if you don’t well I’m sorry but a girl only graduates high school once. I graduated with Honors (gold chord) and also as an NHS Officer (blue thingy). I also ended up being inducted into the Academic Hall of Fame at my school for having a 3.9 or higher GPA and a 28 or higher ACT score. I ended up with a 3.92 GPA and received a 29 on my ACT. I also received multiple academic scholarships from different colleges but settled on Oakland University as they awarded me the Geographic Region Award as well as the Distinguished Scholar Award. And believe me this may sound like I was just a smart kid that really focused and studied in school and did all my work like I was supposed to. But honestly I always waited until the last possible moment to do anything and I went out with my friends and had a good time. (all while running a not so successful blog) It is possible to achieve if you set your mind to it. But don’t overwork yourself, or in my case do as little as possible. Follow your dreams kids and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something. You can do whatever your heart is set on and the people that bring you down aren’t really worth it in the end. When you become successful and happy you can tell them all to fuck off. To all fellow graduates I am proud of you! We did it!
